I could remember once that someone wanted a name that was already in the database but was inactive for over 10 years and never used
think I just switched the names because they were so similar

Im tatehill2000 in most everything just kindof had me thinking since the supreme court decesion,, probably we will see a steady influx of Degens,, might make for a better experince for them if they didnt have to enter Everfresh1234 or whatever name they wanted?? lol

im sure im oversimplifying a super complex issue?? just a thought,,

thanks Betall,

And now that I think about it,,, not really sure I want to see someone use Panther or Braveheart? Both posters I really liked,, just would seem strange seeing their Names being used by someone not them??

anyway, weird thoughts,,

I've wondered the same thing about Yahoo for awhile. I don't believe that they do, but what do I know. Yahoo was great for email in the early days and then became terrible with the spam. I do see major improvement lately (in the last year or so) since Verizon took over their email.. It's not 100%, but improved.

Maybe it's my age, but someone that would pay for a "user name" is likely up to no good. The internet with all it's great benefits has a large down side to my way of thinking.

I read an article that someday soon Facebook will have more accounts with people that are dead than alive? I find that hard to believe but if it's on the Internet it must be true

That can't be true, FB hasn't been around long enough and appeals more to young people rather than seniors.
